Gerrit’s EP release – EP Release on October 31 🎶

A life. A journey. A story in music. After a turbulent life filled with loss, questions, and faith, Gerrit (67) takes you along on his deeply personal journey. What began as a search for the essence of life led him, through unexpected paths, to faith, hope, and love. When Gerrit came to faith through Youth for Christ, everything changed. With just a few chords on a guitar, he began to share his story – raw, sincere, and lived. He became a Bible study teacher, musician, and a man on a mission. Together with his wife, he started youth groups, evangelized across the country, and faithfully served God for many years. And now – at the age of 67 – it’s time. Time to tell. Time to sing. Time to share.

What Gerrit also certainly wants to share is his passion and involvement with the children’s project Living Waters Village in Borneo. Gerrit occasionally visits this “wonder place.” In one of his songs, he shares his experience. The total proceeds from the sale of the album will go to this project.

On October 31, Gerrit presents his first EP: a collection of his own songs, born out of experience, loss, and faith. Not a grand production, but an honest voice with a lived-through message. An ode to life, and to the hope he found. Let yourself be touched. Let yourself be carried along. This is Gerrit. This is his story.
